Light It Up Feast

Experience the Field of Light: Avenue of Honour while putting the spotlight on our amazing local produce, talented local chefs and our guest chefs Adam Liaw, Australia’s favourite chef, author, presenter and MasterChef winner and Paul Iskov from the much acclaimed Fervor.

Each tapas will be inspired by Adam and Paul and show off the incredible seasonal produce from the Great Southern. Local marron, oysters and seafood, grass fed lamb, heirloom vegetables, berries and dairy will feature across the delectable menu.

The rising stars of the region, Sally Francis from Runes Catering, Nic Lancaster from Due South and Geoff Richardson from BG’s Kitchen at Quality Apartments Banksia Gardens Albany will rub shoulders with Adam and Paul as they create the produce focused canapes just for you.

Each tapas will be matched with wine from Plantagenet Wines, an award winning Mt Barker winery. You can enjoy all this plus live music and Anna Gare as your charismatic MC as you view and wander around the inspiring Field of Light: Avenue of Honour artwork.
This is a culinary art experience to be remembered.

Ticket will include a canape menu matched with local Plantagenet Wines wine, access to the artwork, talks from the guest chefs Adam Liaw, Paul and the rising stars, Alex Johnson from Plantagenet Wines, a Field of Light representative and bus transfers from Albany & Denmark.
